Directions
- MELT butter in a Dutch oven and cook frozen seasoning blend until onions become translucent. Add garlic and continue to cook for 1 minute.
- ADD broth, ham and frozen potatoes to the pan. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
- REDUCE heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender. Pour potato mixture into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- RETURN soup to the pan, add cream, salt and pepper and cook until mixture begins to thicken.
