Sweet Corn and Cheddar Chowder

To enhance the flavor of this chowder, it is even better cooked ahead and reheated.



  1. PLACE frozen corn, carrots, seasoning blend, broth and potatoes in a large pan. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
  2. REDUCE heat, cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  3. ADD add cream and cheese.
  4. CONTINUE cooking until soup has thickened and cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper.
