Directions
- PLACE frozen corn, carrots, seasoning blend, broth and potatoes in a large pan. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
- REDUCE heat, cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- ADD add cream and cheese.
- CONTINUE cooking until soup has thickened and cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper.

- 1 (12 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Sliced Carrots
- 1 cup frozen Pictsweet Farms Seasoning Blend
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
