Spinach Dip

Spinach dip is a classic! Our recipe serves a crowd, so bring to all your tailgates, office parties, and family gatherings.


  • 1 (24 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Chopped Spinach
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans tomatoes with chilies, drain well
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder


  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
  2. PREPARE frozen spinach according to package directions and drain well.
  3. MIX cooked spinach, tomatoes, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and onion powder in a large bowl.
  4. POUR mixture in a greased 2 quart baking dish.
  5. TOP with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  6. PLACE in oven and cook 20 minutes.
