Spinach Artichoke Casserole

A tasty dish for a special dinner.


  • 1 (24 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Chopped Spinach
  • 1/4 cup frozen Pictsweet Farms Chopped Onions
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheesse
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup buttered cracker crumbs


  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Place frozen spinach and onions in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes and drain.
  2. MELT cream cheese and butter in a large bowl.
  3. ADD spinach, onions, artichoke hearts, water chestnuts and garlic salt. Blend well.
  4. POUR into a greased casserole dish and cover with cracker crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes until hot.
