Directions
- PREHEAT oven to broil. Prepare frozen Brussels sprouts according to package directions and drain.
- MELT butter in a small saucepan. Sauté frozen onions until translucent.
- ADD half and half, flour and red pepper flakes and whisk together. Reduce heat and stir until mixture begins to thicken.
- REMOVE from heat, add cheese and stir until melted. Stir in sprouts to coat.
- POUR into a greased casserole dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and place under broiler for 3-5 minutes until top is slightly brown.
