Directions
- PLACE tomatoes and jalapeños in a food processor and purée for 30 seconds. Set aside.
- PREPARE onions and peppers in a skillet according to package instructions.
- ADD garlic to onions and peppers and sauté for 2 minutes.
- ADD purée, vinegar, sugar, cumin, and pepper to skillet and simmer for 6 minutes or until sauce thickens. Add cilantro during last 2 minutes.
- ALLOW salsa to cool and refrigerate overnight before serving.
