Salt Pork Turnip Greens

This recipe will taste just like your grandmother used to make.



  1. PLACE pork in a pan and cook over medium heat until crispy and fat is rendered.
  2. POUR chicken broth into the pan and add frozen greens and sugar. Stir to blend.
  3. REDUCE heat, cover and simmer 25-30 minutes or until greens are tender.
  4. SEASON with salt and pepper as desired.
