Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 450°F.
- PLACE frozen vegetables in a shallow baking pan. Drizzle with oil, salt and pepper. Toss to coat and arrange in a single layer.
- ROAST for 20 minutes or until desired browning has occurred. Stir once halfway through.
- MELT butter in a small saucepan and add remaining ingredients. Cook on medium heat stirring constantly. When mixture begins to bubble, reduce heat and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
- DRIZZLE glaze over potatoes and serve.
