Pasta Vegetables

This quick recipe is great to prepare on a busy weeknight.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Peas & Carrots
  • 3 oz. bowtie pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup roasted red pepper, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. PREPARE frozen vegetables according to package directions and drain.
  2. PREPARE pasta according to package directions and drain.
  3. MELT butter in a skillet. Add vegetables, pasta and remaining ingredients.
  4. HEAT thoroughly, toss and serve.
