Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Remove lid from cheese jar, place paper towel in bottom of microwave and heat until cheese is thin enough to pour out of jar.
- PREPARE frozen mixed vegetables according to package directions and drain.
- COMBINE cheese spread, mixed vegetables, water chestnuts, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
- MIX crackers and butter and pour over vegetable mixture. Bake for 30 minutes until cracker topping is browned.
