Italian Butter Beans

The seasonings and tomatoes make this a great Italian dish.


  • 1 (12 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Butter Beans
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Italian style stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning


  1. PLACE frozen beans in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes.
  2. REDUCE heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Drain and return to pan.
  3. ADD tomatoes, broth and seasoning.
  4. HEAT over medium heat for 15 minutes.
