Holiday Brussels Sprouts

This recipe will become your favorite way to prepare Brussels Sprouts for your holiday table.



Steam Halved Brussels Sprouts according to package directions and drain. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and add onions, pecans, and rosemary. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add cooked sprouts, honey, raisins, and cranberries; heat for 1 to 2 minutes, or until entire mixture is hot. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss well and serve immediately. Refrigerate any leftovers.
