Herbed Fordhook Lima Beans

Perfectly seasoned lima beans make an excellent addition to any meal!



  1. PLACE frozen beans and onions in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes.
  2. REDUCE heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid.
  3. COMBINE beans, cooking liquid and all remaining ingredients.
  4. STIR and heat thoroughly.
