Green Beans with an Attitude

Bleu cheese gives a surprising taste to this dish.



  1. PLACE frozen beans in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes and drain.
  2. COOK bacon in a skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, crumble and reserve drippings.
  3. ADD beans to the skillet and cook in drippings for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. SPRINKLE cheese, bacon and pepper over the beans and stir.
