Directions
- PLACE frozen beans in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes and drain.
- COOK bacon in a skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, crumble and reserve drippings.
- ADD beans to the skillet and cook in drippings for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- SPRINKLE cheese, bacon and pepper over the beans and stir.

- 4 oz. bleu cheese, crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups toasted walnuts
- pepper to taste
