Greek Casserole

Feta cheese and spinach are favorite ingredients of Greek dishes.



Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare spinach according to packaging directions and drain well. Saute onion in a large skillet which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Add sausage and brown lightly. Drain excess fat. Mix sausage, spinach, mushroom gravy, sliced mushrooms, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and Feta cheese. Flatten the biscuits and place in the bottom of a greased 11x13" casserole dish. Spread as you flatten to edges and slightly up the sides. Pour the sausage mixture over the biscuits. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Be sure to check bottom of pan for doneness of biscuits.
