The flavors in this soup are so fresh and delicious!



  1. PLACE frozen pepper blend and corn in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes and drain.
  2. TRANSFER to blender or food processor and add all remaining ingredients.
  3. BLEND until mixture is smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides.
  4. REFRIGERATE for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.
  5. SERVE chilled.
