Crustless Spinach Quiche

This is a good entrée for breakfast or lunch.



  1. PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Place frozen spinach and onions in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes and drain.
  2. BLEND all ingredients together.
  3. POUR into buttered quiche pan.
  4. BAKE for 1 1/2 hours or until set in the center and nicely browned.
