Creole Okra

Peppers, onions, celery and okra are favorite ingredients of Cajun Creole dishes.



  1. MELT butter and sauté frozen seasoning blend in a large skillet.
  2. ADD frozen okra and all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. REDUCE heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. SEASON with salt and pepper and serve.
