Creole Greens

This recipe can also be used with both Pictsweet Collard Greens and Mustard Greens.



  1. PREPARE frozen greens according to package directions, drain and set aside.
  2. MELT butter in a large skillet and sauté frozen onions until translucent.
  3. ADD tomato juice and Creole seasoning, stir and bring to a boil.
  4. PLACE greens in skillet and heat throughly.
