Creamy Succotash Salad

A flavorful salad that can be served cold or at room temperature.



  1. PLACE frozen beans and corn in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes.
  2. REDUCE heat and continue to simmer for 15 minutes or until beans are tender.
  3. DRAIN and allow to cool.
  4. COMBINE lima bean mixture and remaining ingredients.
  5. BLEND well and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
