Creamy Spinach Mushroom Soup

This is an elegant soup that takes only minutes to prepare for your guests.



  1. PLACE frozen spinach, mushrooms and pepper blend in a large stockpot. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes, drain and return to pan.
  2. ADD broth, Italian seasoning and cream.
  3. COVER and simmer until soup thickens.
  4. SPRINKLE with cheese and serve.
