Creamy Peas with Mushrooms

Whipping cream is an easy alternative to making a white sauce for this velvety recipe.


  • 1 (12 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Green Peas
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup pimentos, diced
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar


  1. PLACE frozen peas, mushrooms and pimentos in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes and drain.
  2. ADD cream and sugar and continue to cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. SERVE and enjoy.
