Old Fashioned Collard Greens

Turnip Greens, Kale or Mustard Greens also work well in this recipe.



  1. PLACE butter and ham in a stock pot and sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. ADD broth and frozen greens to the pot. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. REDUCE heat, cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
  4. SPRINKLE with salt, pepper and hot sauce if desired.
