Directions
- PLACE butter and ham in a stock pot and sauté for 5 minutes.
- ADD broth and frozen greens to the pot. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
- REDUCE heat, cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
- SPRINKLE with salt, pepper and hot sauce if desired.
Old Fashioned Collard Greens
Turnip Greens, Kale or Mustard Greens also work well in this recipe.
