Chicken Vegetable and Salsa Soup

More salsa, more taste! Great served with tortilla chips.



  1. PLACE frozen beans, corn, onions and broth in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
  2. REDUCE heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until beans are tender.
  3. ADD chicken, salsa, salt and pepper. Continue to simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. SERVE with tortilla chips.
