Directions
- PREPARE noodles according to package directions, drain and keep warm. Prepare frozen vegetables according to package directions and drain.
- HEAT skillet over high heat and coat with oil. Add vegetables and water and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- REDUCE heat to medium. Add olives, tomatoes, basil and parsley. Continue cooking for 1 minute.
- ADD linguine and Parmesan cheese. Gently toss to coat.

- 6 oz. linguine
- 1 (10 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Baby California Vegetables
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 5 tablespoons water
- 1 (2.5 oz.) can black olives, sliced and drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 tablespoon basil, crushed
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
