Scalloped Carrots

Such a nice taste and easy to prepare.



Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place frozen carrots in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes and drain. Sauté seasoning blend in butter until tender. Stir in flour, mustard, milk, and salt. Cook and stir until smooth. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish. Make 2 layers each of carrots, cheese and sauce and top with seasoned bread crumbs. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
