Scalloped Carrots

Such a nice taste and easy to prepare.



  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Prepare frozen carrots according to package directions and drain.
  2. MELT butter in a skillet. Sauté frozen seasoning blend until onions are translucent.
  3. ADD flour, mustard, milk and salt to the skillet. Cook and stir until smooth.
  4. LAYER carrots, cheese and sauce in a greased casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
