Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Prepare frozen carrots according to package directions and drain.
- MELT butter in a skillet. Sauté frozen seasoning blend until onions are translucent.
- ADD flour, mustard, milk and salt to the skillet. Cook and stir until smooth.
- LAYER carrots, cheese and sauce in a greased casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

- 1/2 cup frozen Pictsweet Farms Seasoning Blend
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs or crushed herb croutons
