Brussels Sprouts with Walnut Sauce

This sauce can be used on beans, squash, broccoli, etc.

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) package Pictsweet Farms Baby Brussels Sprouts
  • 1/2 cup green onions, minced
  • 1 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 3 oz. walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. PREPARE frozen Brussels sprouts according to package directions, drain and place in a serving dish.
  2. COMBINE onions, parsley, vinegar, walnuts, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. POUR sauce over sprouts and serve.
