Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
- PREPARE frozen peas according to package directions and drain.
- MELT butter in a large skillet and sauté frozen onions until translucent.
- BLEND all ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes and serve with chips or crackers.
Blackeye Pea Dip

- 1 (28 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Blackeye Peas
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup frozen Pictsweet Farms Chopped Onions
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 package buttermilk ranch powdered dressing mix
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
