Baked California Dip

This delicious warm dip has a wonderful texture and is delicious served with crackers, pita chips or crusty bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Baby California Vegetables
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 (8 oz.) package pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
  2. PREPARE frozen vegetables according to package directions, drain and chop fine.
  3. BLEND vegetables with all remaining ingredients.
  4. POUR into a greased dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until top begins to brown. Serve warm.
