Baby Brussels Sprouts with Pepper Jelly Vinaigrette

The combination of ingredients in the sauce, is the perfect compliment to Brussels Sprouts.


  • 1 (20 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Baby Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup red pepper jelly
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 green onion, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil


  1. PREPARE frozen Brussels sprouts according to package directions and drain.
  2. BLEND all remaining ingredients together in a small bowl.
  3. POUR sauce over sprouts to serve.
