Vegetable Soup

1 pkg. Pictsweet Farms frozen Vegetables for Soup
2 cups chicken broth
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste

  1. COMBINE frozen vegetables and remaining ingredients in a large stockpot. Cover and boil 3 minutes.
  2. SIMMER for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
 
FOR FOOD SAFETY:
  • Keep frozen until ready to cook
  • Do not refreeze
  • Heat to 165°F before use
  • Refrigerate leftovers
