Cooking Directions

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
Do Not Open, Pierce, OR Thaw Bag Before Cooking

  1. Gently shake bag side to side to evenly distribute contents.
  2. Place ONE frozen, unopened bag THIS SIDE UP in microwave.
  3. Microwave on HIGH for recommended cooking time.
  4. Wattage 700-800 900-1000 1100-1200
    Cooking minutes 7 minutes 6 ½ minutes 6 minutes
    Microwave ovens vary in power. Cooking times are approximate.
  5. Let stand 1 minute. CAUTION bag will be hot.
  6. Carefully remove bag from microwave.
  7. Cut open package, pour, stir and enjoy!
STOVE TOP DIRECTIONS:
Open package and pour frozen spinach into a saucepan. Cover with water. Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 4 minutes. Drain.
