Cooking Directions

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
Do Not Open, Pierce, or Thaw Package Before Cooking

  1. Gently shake package side to side to evenly distribute contents.
  2. Place ONE frozen, unopened package THIS SIDE UP in microwave.
  3. Microwave on HIGH for recommended cooking time.
  4. Wattage 700-800 900-1000 1100-1200
    Cooking minutes 5 ½ minutes 5 minutes 4 ½ minutes
    Microwave ovens vary in power. Cooking times are approximate.
  5. Let stand 1 minute. CAUTION package will be hot.
  6. Carefully remove package from microwave.
  7. Cut open package, pour, stir and enjoy!

STOVE TOP DIRECTIONS:
Open package and pour frozen vegetables into a saucepan. Cover with water. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain.

FOR FOOD SAFETY:
  • Keep frozen until ready to cook
  • Do not refreeze
  • Heat to 165°F before use
  • Refrigerate leftovers
