Butternut Squash Soup

This creamy delight is delicious and beautiful to serve.



  1. MELT butter in a medium saucepan.
  2. ADD frozen seasoning blend, broth, squash, salt and chili pepper. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. REDUCE heat to medium and continue to cook for 15 minutes.
  4. PURÉE soup mixture in a blender until smooth and return to pan.
  5. POUR in whipping cream. Stir to heat on low until desired temperature is reached.
