Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
Preheat oven to 400F.
1 (15 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
1 pkg. Pictsweet Farms frozen Vegetables for Pot Pie
2 cups shredded, cooked chicken
2 (10.5 oz. each) cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp. pepper
1. PLACE 1 pie crust in a greased 9.5" pie plate.
2. COMBINE frozen vegetables, chicken, soup, broth and pepper; mix thoroughly. Pour into crust-lined pie plate. Top mixture with second pie crust and flute edge.
3. BAKE for 1 hour.
