Vegetables for Meatloaf

For the consumer who remembers mouthwatering Meatloaf, we created an easy recipe with the perfect vegetables to put together a delicious homemade dinner for your family.
Preheat oven to 375F.
1 pkg. Pictsweet Farms frozen Vegetables for Meatloaf
2 lb. ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 pkg. dry meatloaf seasoning (or 1 tsp. prepared mustard, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. pepper)
1 cup ketchup, divided
1. COMBINE frozen vegetables, beef, bread crumbs, egg, dry seasoning and 1/2 cup ketchup in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
2. PLACE mixture into a greased loaf pan. Top with remaining 1/2 cup ketchup.
3. BAKE for 1 1/2 hours.
